One secure application covers credit, background and rental history. Each adult completes their own application and pays a $40 application fee by credit or debit card as the last step.
We'll set up a showing that fits your schedule, usually within two days.
Sign your lease online, pay the deposit and first month, and pick up your keys.

Paid by credit or debit card at the end of the application. Your application can't be submitted until the payment goes through. The fee is non-refundable and covers your credit and background check.
